Within how many days can I return or exchange my order?

Within 14 days you have the right to return an item when you place an online order. Every returned item must be in their original and unused condition. Special items which are customized or made on order are excluded from return.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You may use, as payment method, the cards Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Bancontact QR code and Paypal. Alternatively, you can pay all or part of the price of your order with a Rana Sapphire Gift Card or credit voucher card for Belgium issued by Rana Sapphire BVBA

How long will delivery take?

Within Belgium delivery takes up to 5 working days. The time of delivery differs for others countries this can take up to 5 working days for countries within the EU and even more for other countries, by example Canada and the USA can take up to 3 weeks. The delivery time depends solely on the postal company and customs when applicable. We always try to dispatch orders the same day as when the order is made, so waiting time for our customers is minimal.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order we carefully pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible. You will receive an update concerning your order via email.

Do I get a order confirmation?

After your payment an order confirmation and a status update is send to your email address.

Do I need to pay for returns?

Yes, unfortunately to keep our prices at a competitive level we do not offer free returns. If you choose to return your item,  you’ll pay the carrier at the time of shipping your return

Can I track my order?

After we have dispatched your order, we will send you a track and trace code which you can use to track your order online.
